We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

• Free shipping anywhere in the lower 48 states for orders $50 or more.  Shipping to all other destinations will be determined at time of order placement.

• Shipping/Handling time is 2-3 days upon receipt of order in the lower 48 states and 5-7 days for all other destinations.

• Shipping will be USPS or equivalent.

Step 1: Prepare Your Dog and the Area
Before applying paw balm, ensure your dog is calm and comfortable. You may want to do this in a quiet, familiar space to minimize distractions. Have a towel or cloth handy in case your dog’s paws are dirty or wet (your Paws Up towel is great for this!).

Step 2: Clean the Paws
If your dog’s paws are dirty or muddy, gently clean them with a damp cloth or a pet-safe wipe. This will help the balm adhere better and prevent any dirt or debris from getting trapped.

Step 3: Take a Small Amount of Paw Balm
Gently scoop out a small amount of paw balm from the container. Because of the natural oils, a little goes a long way, so start with a small quantity. 

Step 4: Apply the Balm
Hold your dog’s paw and apply the balm to the pads and in between the toes. Be gentle and use a massaging motion to ensure the balm gets absorbed. Pay special attention to any rough or dry areas.

Step 5: Let Your Dog Relax
Give your dog a moment to get used to the feeling. Most dogs will want to lick their paws after application, so it’s a good idea to distract them with a treat or a short play session to allow the balm to absorb. The paw balm is all natural, so it is fine to be ingested, but for best results on the paw, you'd want to let that sink in!

Step 6: Repeat as Needed
Depending on the condition of your dog’s paws and the weather conditions, you may need to apply the paw balm regularly. Changing of the seasons is always a good time to pay attention to the paws. Temperature and humidity changes greatly effect the paw.

Step 7: Monitor for Improvement
Over time, you should see an improvement in the condition of your dog’s paw pads. They should become softer and more resilient.

Remember that the key to successful paw balm application is patience and consistency. It’s a simple yet effective way to protect and care for your dog’s paws, especially in harsh weather conditions or when walking on rough terrain.
