Shippings, Returns, and Exchanges
SHIPPING POLICY

Free shipping anywhere in the lower 48 states on orders over $50. Shipping to all other destinations will be determined at time of order placement.

Shipping/Handling time is 2-3 days upon receipt of order in the lower 48 states and 5-7 days for all other destinations.

Shipping will be USPS or equivalent.
RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return/refund policy upon receipt of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same original condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you must contact us at sales@pawsup.store. All returns must be shipped to our distribution center at the following address:

Buyer is responsible for return and shipping charges.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, the refund will be processed on your original form of payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. You can always contact us for any return questions at sales@pawsup.store.
EXCHANGE POLICY

If you wish to exchange, return the item as noted above with reason for exchange in your email and we will send the new product immediately upon receipt of the returned item.
