Attach the silicone brush head. Shake the bottle before using. Lift your pet’s paws and dispense foam onto the paw, or the area that you would like to clean. Gently massage the area, repeating and applying more, as necessary. After cleaning, use an absorbent towel (for example, your Paws Up towel) to thoroughly dry the paw pads and/or the area that has been cleaned.

Caution: For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. In the case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with water. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a veterinarian.

• Shipping/Handling time is 2-3 days upon receipt of order in the lower 48 states and 5-7 days for all other destinations.

• Shipping will be USPS or equivalent.

• We have a 30-day return/refund policy upon receipt of delivery.

• To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same original condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

• Upon receipt and inspection of your return, the refund will be processed on your original form of payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. You can always contact us for any return questions at sales@pawsup.store.

If you wish to exchange, return the item as noted above with reason for exchange in your email and we will send the new product immediately upon receipt of the returned item.
